as a mental health support, no one is worrying, as much as you are! specifically in everyday life... so you HAVE to do extra to keep your humanity alive. And its the path to finding your own voice.
Than speaking it.
I do this with my kids.
The first time, i did on my own, i was terrified.
But the skills that I challenged myself with, like public speaking, and being the adventerous First Nation female to travel and stay open to equality. Has been my biggest asset for the pay off of helping others.
I like helping people stretch their personal limits of self esteem.
By having a confident and healthy self image.
And I never allow habits of thinking to interfere with my own self image. I love clothes. And I love that Shauna can desogn her own clothes. Just saying!
