the man seemed really nice and friendly to me...he was trying his best to find an outfit that fit her, you can't blame him when YOU are the exception

"He won't leave me alone" you came to HIM for help, did you not???

I understand how Shauna feels, but I feel bad for the guy that was helping them out; he really seemed so kind and eager to help her find something

She should DIY a costume, order regular clothes and accessories and build, I always do that because I like a unique costume

All he is doing is helping her. Her self image issues are not his fault. If it's this bad maybe just go to a seamstress 🤷‍♀️

I feel for her situation but from watching the show I think Shauna is extremely insecure in herself and is very quick to assume the worst of people. It makes her very unlikeable. She is consistently rude, negative and judgmental towards people who are either just trying to figure out how to help her or are just doing their job… She needs to accept her differences and stop punishing people for reacting in a natural way.

How does she not want to be treated like a child but still acts like one?

I’m sorry but who goes to the shop worker to suggest costumes. Look for what you want then ask for your size. Then you want to pout saying he doesn’t leave you alone. 😂

Ive watched alot of these and in my opinions her attitude is more rude and negative than anything else...seems like she brings alot of grief and attention on herself In a negative way because of that and her wanting to be the loudest in the room....just a bit frustrating how she treats people....I have severe panic attacks and yes they can me different but to me that looked like a tantrum as well and I agree she walked in the store to the guy and gave him not alot to work with then said he wouldn't leave her alone when he was literally talking to her dad and sister... I agree with all the comments below really not liking this girl

0:36 he didn’t imply she went trick or treating, I’ve worn a costume every year of my life for one thing or another and haven’t been trick or treating in at least 7 years

If her mom really cares she would help her daughter to find a therapist who can help her to express herself to others in a more positive way and see that she is going to have to live with being profiled as a child and how to accept this in a healthy way. Emotions are hard for any 22 year old to navigate. Most of the people who she thinks are against her are not. She's still young and just needs a little guidance like we all do

The shop worker was SO nice and helpful I would’ve enjoyed his company so much, just because you’re insecure with yourself doesn’t mean it’s his fault you can’t find an outfit. I often make homemade outfits anyway, why not just do that.

Im starting to not like this girl ngl. She seems to love to complain, she's rude and she seems to blame people for very reasonable situations like showing her ID.
Girl you went to get a Halloween costume and went to get help them you cry cuz he won't leave you alone? Like what? Plus I've seen panic attacks... all kinds.. that ain't one

i definitely think homemade costumes would work better for her situation. she can make it as “skimpy” or childlike as she wants. i think part of it is acceptance. she has to accept she won’t find anything perfect in stores. they just don’t make things like that (they should tho).

she may be 22 but not once have i seen her act like it

Maybe dont coddle her and reward that behavior. The sooner she learns to handle these situations the happier she will be.

Her mom never taught her to stand up for herself before she gets triggered, she knows it bothers her when she feels pressured so when he started showing costumes she needs to say hey im going to shop alone thanks for trying to help me though
