I have gotten a non stop thirst since last week. This happened to me last summer and it was so scary. I eat too much salty food and was getting occasional night cramps. I am a 32 year old female. I need to stop eating so much salty foods and also increase magnesium. I think the leg cramps was a warning sign from my body.

If food can hydrate and you eat enough of it you don’t need water. Because you were never not getting it. People who eat meat and other dehydrating foods need water

So I'm trying to understand who thought it was a good idea to put that voice to be echoey in a kitchen for a video? And of course those pregnant lady hormones didn't have anything to do with those that thought it a good idea. Hopefully the kid wasn't conceived in the kitchen. I'm guessing invitro
