Hi how are you I have moved again and have chosen a place to live in many ways it is very exciting I feel resilient hopeful open to adventure it's still sad and that's okay. Sometimes sadness can be a portal to wisdom. How are you ? I'm really enjoying creating content at the moment so I'm creating more because I feel excited about the moment and hopeful for the future. I've had a situation for possibly 15 or 16 years which has been extremely difficult my family have rallied around me to help me which has been lovely but it has been a very difficult 16 years something has been occurring that I do not speak off. But I know I will be okay because life is precious. Thinking of you and am grateful to you. Love Lauren

I moved 7 months ago. My Grandmother passed last week and I lost my other Grandmother 8 weeks ago. The last 2 nights I've been having nightmares. Last night, I couldn't fall back to sleep. I got an alert for your vlog and it lulled me right to sleep and I had a beautiful dream. Thank you Lauren ! Best of Luck in your new location.

I am so grateful I stumbled across your meditations. I’ve been having sleep issues for many years . There are some other channels that have been helpful but there is something very soothing and loving in your voice. Very unique. And most helpful. I’d just about given up on sleeping more than an hour or so a night..and that not all in a row.😊 last night I slept three hours…in a row.
And this morning when woke up I listened to you again. I didn’t fall back to sleep but I laid quietly and comfortably and felt very care for. Thank you from the depths of my broken heart.
