Do you have an explanation as to why some people respond so well to the GLP1 agonists in terms of appetite suppression and fullness, whereas others, like me, get no side effects and very little appetite suppression and fullness which wears off quickly at each dose. Often it feels like injecting water. It’s so frustrating because I can see how well it can work on some people .

This medication is wreaking havoc on my life. 😔 it helps tremendously for appetite suppression, but the side effects are hindering my life so bad. I’ve never had exhaustion like this except with Covid. I’ve never been so fatigued. I can barely function and I’ve missed out on so many events because of it. The nausea in the beginning was unreal. But it is a miracle for those suffering with things like binge eating disorder or emotional eating. It’s a hard price to pay for relief and weight loss.

Rob, without lack of respect I think this way of presenting side effects is toxic...the vast majority of people are very concerned of side effects..you mentioned thyroid cancer as a side effect but you should have mentioned that this thyroid cancer was only detected in rodents and that the manufacturer, by law, must include this as a side effect...
