I feel like necrons from 40k would be a counter due to having tech that can create time bubbles to literally slow or reverse time and can deatomize them with guass weapons and if they get absolutely obliterated they will keep regenerating till eventually the viltrumite tires out due to them literally regenerating from subatomic particles I believe and they have blades that phase in and out of reality to cut through any substance no matter now strong it is
