Isn’t that a lot of carbs in the protein mix?

Hi Rebecca, thank you for your tips regarding the proteins. Would it be possible to make a video about cleaning the grains and Drying them before you use them to make a protein? If your not too busy, it would be great! I can't find that simple step anywhere in yt. Everyone just uses the dry stuff. Assuming of course that we have washed the grains or legumes like the rice, quinoa, peas, etc... Before dumping all the ingredients in a grinder or a blender.
Sorry to bother you! Your ideas are wonderful. Thanks again. 🤗

Really cool. But a couple of questions. My background I am an ex-athlete played football in college X military and I am a football coach now. Long story real short lol. So I am a lifelong proteins shake drinker there have been points in my life where I drink two or three a day when I was in a big workout cycle. But I just hit the big 50 and have turned down a ton the amount I work out plus cutting down the amount of calories I take in on a daily basis obviously. With all that said I am a little OCD about nutritional facts mainly sugar, fat, calories, protein and so on. I take a multivitamin and a few essential oil and minerals along with apple cider vinegar daily. So the amount of scoops and what they contain per tablespoon or teaspoon??? This part of it is what worries me. Any suggestions??

You're consuming uncooked brown rice, millet and other grains? We're not cow to digest them

the intention was there, but the protein isn't. should be called a carb shake. also soy milk has more protein than cows milk.

if you want to make a decent protein shake at home use cooked+dehydrated peas, split peas, brown rice, lentils or chickpeas.

I've tried all the protein products at GMC this stuff is so much better AND way more affordable. It doesn't taste bad either

If you're trying to build muscle, adding carbs to your diet is necessary so I see this as a perfect way to get both of those macronutrients in a quick easy shake, very nice!!

Pretty sure you want to at least toast the rice and some of the grains before grinding

Hi Rebecca! Interesting recipe! I just have a question: I noticed that quinoa is one of the ingredient, is it possible to it raw? Does it not require any precooking?
