People saying they will buy whey instead. Cost of whey:- 2000+ if we are talking about good quality. Its has 30 serving with 24 grams of protein each. So, you get, only 24 grams of protein for the day which isn't really gonna do anything in terms of body transformation. I've done it before. It doesn't work.

For most beginners
4 eggs = 28g
200ml milk = 6g
1 protein shake(concentrate) = 24 /26g is enough for year 1.

And then next 3years

Morning milk 300ml and 100g paneer = 30g protein
Afternoon 100g soya( recipe you choose) = 35g protein
Night = 4 eggs and protein shake (concentrate) = 55g protein

40rs rajma, black dal 70gm ×2
Protein 30gm
20rs peanut, chana protein 20gm
That's all you need only 120rs if you dont have that take half of it so 60rs and 45gm protein
Drink 300ml milk 10gm protein
And 150gm wheat/5 roti 15gm protein

So around 70rs and 70gm protein its enough for normal body

No. Eating soaked uncooked Rajma is not advised as it contains phytohemagglutinin which is known to cause digestive distress. This protein will be destroyed by cooking.
