PRENATAL YOGA: MORNING YOGA FOR ALL TRIMESTERS

Do you wake up ready to move and face your day? Or are you a little slower to start? Whatever one you are, this prenatal yoga practice will be perfect for you. It's designed with all trimesters of pregnancy in mind (and would be great for new moms, too).

Here's what you can expect in this 15-minute morning prenatal yoga class:
* A quick gratitude meditation + check in to help start your day off right
* Some gentle, but energizing, movement including Downward Facing Dog, Cat & Cow, and Runner's Lunge Flow
* A Pregnancy modification for Chaturanga Dandasana + core strength exercises that are safe for pregnant moms and their babies
* Spacious side stretches and forward bends

37 weeks here, like the routine (I can do most of them except skipped the pushups hehe), heard my sore hip making sounds a couple times n felt good after the workout. good content!
