Here is a tempo hang clean (3 sec eccentric, on way down). This is a great way to develop better foot pressure in the hang and pull, learn to keep the knees back in the clean, and force a more vertical triple extension in the clean.

Perfecto ese power clean. Cuando baja la barra tiene que descansar en cadera y luego volver a la posición de arranque. He visto deportistas que al bajar la barra la llevan a la posición de inicio para sacar otro power, se pueden dañar la articulación.

Can tell she must be a CrossFitter, a lot of bar crash on such a light weight, for anybody wanting technique tips you want to stay connected to the bar and pull under to meet the barbell, you don’t always have to pull the bar as high as you possibly can
