Before I understood how to keep my shoulders over the bar I really struggled to produce a lot of power in the clean and the snatch. This lack of power comes from not being able to keep your foot pressure flat while you pull the barbell off the floor.

This idea of staying over it will help whether you are doing CrossFit or Weightlifting. And training the top of the knee position can really help not only with the power clean but also with other movements too like the deadlift and the kettlebell swing.

Also one crucial tip that no joke drastically increase my snatch/cleaning technique is how you grip the bar which is wrist curling in like a hook

Keep your shoulders knees and elbows in line with the bar and the key is the bump with your thigh to swing the weight up

I did exactly the wrong way which you showed which is wrong and mustn't do that way, and m here lying down on my bed watching this video of urs aft I've injured my shoulder n neck, it's been 1 week and m still suffering with this horrible pain

From the looks of it I can kinda figure out what your saying but I can barely make out the audio 🤔 are you pushing the bar away with your hips while lifting?
