Super helpful. Started doing CrossFit and this is one move that I really struggle with. My coaches are great and their technique matches what the kids are doing but I'm gonna try starting from further up on my leg

I'm a little confused. The kids at the start are unlocking both the Hips & Knee whereas Chad only did knee. Which one is correct??

For all the gym classes I went to in high school I don't remember them actually teaching us anything nor actually doing exercise you'd do in a gym or at the Olympics. We'd just go outside and play soccer, football etc. I had to pay a PT to teach me as an adult.

Hi guys I keep straining my wrist because of how far back the bar is on my hand. Am I doing it wrong? This video also slows it way back on the hand too so I feel like I am doing it correctly?

Are you meant to “push” the bar with the thighs/hips? Like thrusting it off of the contact point there on the thighs?

Position #2 should include SHRUGGING not a full CLEAN. The slight changes of muscle activation is the focus to transition to a full clean. Basically BREAK UP the form.

I was wondering how to do this. I commented on someone's post and someone told me to look up starting strength on YouTube. It works I haven't tried any weight but they make it make sense. Showing people how to power clean by just doing a power clean does not work, the starting strength channel has like 6 five minute videos showing step by step detail.
