I saw my dermatologist in Boston because i had a bit of skin cancer on my face. After having the Mohs procedure, i asked the team if i got it from living 2 streets away from the ocean now- the Dr and her husband who is also a Dermatigist confirmed that having grown up in Boston, Ma, we spent our summers at the beach and it stayed dormant until last year. She advised me to take NAD for the rest of my life to avoid any future occurences. I take 240mg daily. I'm glad to hear about the arthritic info.

The adequate protein comment is the most important part of this video! Low protein intake so underestimated! Plus good quality protein is so hard to find these days! Glyphosate abounds most unfortunately!

Niacinamide didn't work for me but Nicotinic acid (flush niacin), at the same dose, did all that you promise! Highly recommend.

I use moringa, in tablet form. It’s crushed, powdered moringa leaves.

I was that bad that I couldn’t walk, constant pain, injections every 6 months. Then I had one really bad injection that made it worse.
I did some research and found moringa. I havent had an injection for 8 years. The only time it plays up is when I forget to take them.

I used to never take any vitamins. Two months after multi vitamin pill, I became a believer. 45 days after taking Vitamin b complex pill I subscribed.

Omg. I wish that I knew this around 25 years ago. I am 70 female. I have a stiff and painful neck due to osteoarthritis in the neck. Been to chiropractor and massages for relief without success. I take niacinamide 500 for my cholesterol. Thank you for your recommendation on the dosage so that I can change to your recommended dosage.

I am definitely going to try this! Thank you Dr Berg! I know vitamin d does help. When I first started seeing my rheumatologist she checked my levels and I was at 11. And after taking the dosage that she recommended for about 2 months, my bones actually quit aching. Every time now that my bones start aching I know that I'm low on vitamin d. It doesn't seem to happen as much. It may be because I've changed my diet drastically. And I may be getting vitamin d in my food and spending a little more time in the sun. All these years I was told not to go out in the sun because I would get skin cancer. So after the age of 20, I rarely went out in the sun. Mostly went outside in the shade. Wow, they are constantly changing what they believe to be healthy life choices.
