They also recommend vitamin d. 2000 IU's per day but if you get 20 minutes of direct sunlight per day you are getting free vitamin d at the rate of 5, 000 I.U.'s for that 20 minutes.

I take Omega daily and I’ve never noticed it being effective for depression. Same with Vitamin D. It doesn’t do anything for me.

This whole omega 3 thing is getting ridiculous by now - in the course of the last 20 years they can't decide if it helps with depression or not, changing their opinion every other day

One thing I have learned with magnesium in particular for anxiety and fibromyalgia, a suplement might work for someone for example I can only get benefits from magnezium citrate, while for other it wont work. Its body chemistry

You have to be deficient in these vits first ...try taking NAC ..or Boswella serretta ..fir health...they work....D3 with K2 mk7.amd Omega 3...
