I am shredded and lean for 10 years now
I train 3 times a week
I eat healthy and in moderation
But ... my biggest secret is i Never took or tried any supplements that the market is desperate to sell ....
My friends who tried different supp they didnt maintain their figure for more than 4 years... as soon as they stop using ....their body deteriorate ....
