I have strengthened my core using this and my back pain is much less....I used to get painful spasms in my back muscles and now not nearly so for the great videos and clear instructions.

I felt it right away, I always did fast in and out movements and it didn't do much to me but holding for few seconds really felt different. Thanks for another amazing video, they are body saving to me. I sit at work about 9 hours a day, so everything hurts and being under 40 already have herniated disks! When you do it correctly it really does make you sore in minutes. Thank you for the correct technique with explaination. I was doing the vacuum incorrectly obviously because I never felt any resistance.

I used to do this as a little kid, just for fun, I tried it again after watching this video and was amazed at how I felt later in the day. I feel the difference and expect to continue doing it daily!

Well done... I could not understand why such a practical lecture could be delivered without any demonstration... People would understand better when they could practical demonstration on how do the correct thing.. Please take note of this in your subsequent presentations!

Omg...10 years I'm trying to lost and tight my belly after my pregnancy, my girl has now 10years...I tryed a lot of exercise there is efect but mininal.Only two days I made this exercise it's working...I will trying all of my free time.I fell beter and stronger.Thank you

Thanks Doc . I have a particular problem with my transverse abdominis due to fluid retention during end stage liver failure years ago. I lived which is a miracle but due to liters of liquid I carried around for over a year, blew out this muscle. This procedure that you describe here, is the only one that repairs this underlying muscle the Transverse Abdominis . I am well on my way to a pretty good six - pack !
