Hope you are as much excited as I am, I am back with our fav workout styles: a new 60 Min Full Body Crusher Workout - Strength & HIIT 🔥 (1. circuit: switching between Upper and Lower Body Exercises, 2. Circuit: HIIT, Core).

Grab your Weights and let's get this entire body burning.
We have 2 different circuits.

Win your day - no matter when! 💪🏻

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. 🙏🏼

▸ time: 60 Min + warm up & cool down on top
▸ equipment: Dumbbells (2x 6kg, 2x 9 kg for your reference), a mat is recommended
▸ mostly the heavier weights for the lower and full body exercises, and the lighter weights mostly for the upper body exercises
▸ muscles worked: full body

Another terrific 60 min workout - it's almost like 2 sessions rolled into 1. Initially I was hesitant to do this on a weekday as it was a long session but time flew past so quickly I hardly even realized it. Did this one with 3 sets of weights - 5kg, 7.5kg and 10kg. Kathrin is the absolute best and I really feel she needs much more visibility and recognition. Thank you Katrin, I sincerely appreciate the effort and hard work 🙏.
