I'm playing catch up on this 10 day challenge as I've had family in town for Christmas. I'm so glad to have these online to do so I can still do the challenge even though it's over. Great workouts and definitely challenging for sure! Thank you Coach Greg!

I am loving this Challenge! It is such a delight working out with you and Coach Gaby! I love your positivity, enthusiasm, how much you care about supporting others in their fitness journey!
For today's workout, I used a combo of 3 lb & 5lb dumbells. Feeling great and excited for day 5! Thank you Coach Greg! 😊

Nice workout. I use resistant belt instead of weights. Modified the side bends like one of the isometric workouts.

I love it! I used 5 lbs first round and moved up to 10 lbs for the 2nd and 3rd and then another 2 times. 🥵💪
