What I like about these exercises: each individual exercise does not take long and there is quite some variation. This does not make this feel like a boring, demanding chore at all - quite the opposite: it makes you feel fit (and not worn out) and gives you the feeling you actually did a good job while your muscles feel warm, flexible and ‘awake’ - this really helps to keep it up! 😊

Day 3 done. I missed yesterday so I did Day 3 and 4 one after another. Tomorrow I'm going to do Day4 again. I loved the side punches. Really feel your core. Thank you, Coach Gaby 😊
