Day 2 complete! Yeah, the hip flexors felt this! I’m waiting to feel it in my obliques although I was really focused on that area. Thanks Coach Greg! Thanks for the reminder to go at our own pace.

Day 2 done. Been out with the dog for an hour before this... OMG! It was a challenge.. I loved the foot taps. It was hard in the 3rd round. I've got this. Thank you, Coach Greg. :)

Excellent! I used 3lb dumbells throughout the entire workout. While that isn't a lot of weight, it did add a little extra resistance. Thank you Coach Greg, really enjoyed day 2! 😊
