Loving this challenge! So far, Day 7 and Day 4 are my favorites. I love seeing light weights incorporated in the routines. Have you already made another 10 day with light weights attached? I've been looking for a way to incorporate weights into routines. Either way, I appreciate the "team" of Coach Gaby and Coach Greg. Keep them comin'!

Another great workout! I used 3lb dumbells throughout the entire workout. Got my heart rate up for sure!

I would love a combo challenge that alternated each day between strength training 💪 and cardio! 😊
