Love the seated workout options. Great variety of exercises. The flutter kicks were very challenging for me but I made it through all 3 sets. Thanks Coach Gabby!

I loved the hip hinge and side reaches! For some reason, the flutter kicks were just not happening for me today. Gives me something to work on right!

The Flutter Kicks only works for me when I can hold my self on the grips of the outside of the shower and bath…
I had to find that out, but then I could do this excercise properly.
Good for you that you don’t need any grips and hold your balance 👌💪.
