Hi I just found your channel I just move in to apartment abit which has a small gym no barbells just a lot of different weight of dumbbells a go I am in my 50’s and 6’ and I am 50bls over weight
and I think I will add this to my workout

any tips of losing my weight please God Bless and thanks for sharing

I'm have 3 disc's very bad but one is destroy no water inside and the doctor say your walk and no have pain yes I'm have pain but I'm made excersise I'm stay strong but I'm have very carefully with my back I'm change my food it's very hard im.start new everything but I'm here I'm here
