Y’all just jog for maybe 4-5 days then try sprinting for like 20 secs, rest then go again. If you still don’t feel ready then jog again :) this works for me I’ve been trying to get back into shape for a few weeks now lol

For all you people saying he's crazy to advise this for beginners. It's NOT FOR BEGINNERS. It's to get BACK into shape. As in the person could already do stuff like this.

Run at a comfortable pace starting with 12 minutes running; important to note that when you start running at a comfortable pace(your body will let you know what this pace is even if its a walking pace) Always start running on grass intact grass is always better as we are made to run /move on earth /natural terrain not concrete grass running will strengthen your legs with less possibility of injuring your legs as is with pointing on concrete also always stretch before your comfortable pace running once you get better start increasing run intensity on your last 1 or 2 laps although thus not necessary you can easily increase your comfort pace running time to muvh longer periods take your time; running at a comfortable pace early in the morning will assist your health as your not running so fast you increase your heart rate for more explosive energy but rather you get your blood flowing well and open up the system

I know people are saying this is too much, but this is exactly what I need to get back into shape after 2 weeks off with bad shin splints. Thanks!

Day 1: 20-30 min jog
Day 2: 80m track sprints - Rest 60 secs
Day 3: 2 miles for time
Day 4: 1 mi repeat x2 - Rest 4 mins
Day 5: Hill sprints - Rest 60 to 90 secs
Stretch, massage, sauna, rest, all that because this a little intense but you can DO IT!

Finding a hill that's 1 minute long to sprint up is ideal do it 10 times than a sharp up hill. 1-2 mile warm up 10 x 60s hill 2 mile cool down would be the workout.

You often seem to completely overestimate the athleticism of your average viewer

“End with hill sprints”
Me sitting in flat ass Florida with sandcastles being the closest thing I have to a hill. But sprints on the beach are kinda like running up hill I guesse that sand is no joke after a few hard sets.

Is it common to live in a place that allows you access to a olympic sized track? Every track in my area belonbgs to a high school or college and only students have access.
