ABSOLUTELY. For me it leads to aggression or isolation.😓

I feel things so deeply and I cry very easily, especially if it’s another person’s situation. I’ve gotten suspended twice in school and it was all me standing up for a random person and going overboard or getting in trouble. I can’t even watch news because I get hurt by things I cannot fix. I hate it

This example she’s showing here explains autism perfectly too. Many with autism can also be highly sensitive

Its good to know that im an hsp. Im starting to figure out how to manage my emotions now after feeling so much emotional pain now from my past experiences. Its been an hard journey to manage my emotion so far. But im getting better at it. Being an hsp makes me think that i am not weak, i am strong, i am just highly sensitive towards people emotion, and theres nothing wrong with it.

Me, observing everything going on around me and wanting to help everything in need. Putting others’ needs before my own….and getting hurt in the process. Exhausting.

I was once at a disco party thing and as soon as the lights started flashing and the music became louder I got so anxious and literally started crying. It was hobestly horrible and felt loke my brain was apinning. Thats when I realized I was a HSP. Not pnly that but I have super strong wmotions and reactions to stuff like violent mpvies and so many other things. I thought it was anxiety but Im just highly sensitive

I always wondered why I became so overwhelmed and tired at some point during parties or social gatherings. I now know to take mini breaks as needed or to call it a night. I get overstimulated by the loud music and multiple conversations buzzing around me. I’m also hard of hearing (I wear hearing aids), so this furthers my frustrations with background noise.

It's like every emotion is felt so intensely or exaggerated especially is you suffer from BPD as well..even a light on in a room can be too much.

I've been an HSP, I didn't know why I felt emotions much more stronger than others. For example. I'd see a homeless man sleeping on the streets. I would actually cry, Alot of my classmates consider me as a crybaby...

A big question is, how to control it then

I was 100% sure that I am an HSP when I noticed that the water in the first jug won't be enough for the cup and the bowl

Menopause for an HSP is beyond draining. I'm tired.

Am I the only one who noticed that she was probably spilling all that water from the bowl to the table, and from the table directly to her legs? How can she not flinch at all...😶
