5 Traits of a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP)

So you’re a highly sensitive person (HSP), what does that even mean?

The recognition of people being more sensitive than others is based on research done by psychotherapist Elaine Aaron.

The most important thing here is to note that this is not a clinical diagnosis or a disorder.

There isn’t anything wrong with you but it’s common for HSP’s to feel that way because people vary greatly in how much their nervous system reacts in the same situation.

3 “types” of high sensitivity:

High sensitivity as an innate trait (think of Dr. Elaine Aron’s highly sensitive person)

High sensitivity as a result of trauma (PTSD and especially developmental trauma, or Complex PTSD)

“Trait-plus-trauma” high sensitivity as a result of trauma to the highly sensitive child or adult

The highly sensitive person brain vs. the traumatized person brain

I might've been super observant in my younger years but now I'm like, Oh, is the house on fire? Yet if the fan is blowing too much or too little...jeez

Good, but maybe consider using different word other than "tribe" since that is a definitive term, not an expression. And its become very popular, and i dont believe you intend to misuse it.
. . The only people who (fill-in-the-blank) with a tribe, are members of a Tribe. Its not a substitute term for group, society, family, etc.
Not to be that guy, Thanks good points. : )
