My mother grew up in the 70's and she always says it was the best time. That and the music. I didn't really get into music from the 70's until a few years ago, but I see why she says the 70's had the best music.

My mom would make egg and refried bean tortas with some queso fresco as a kid when we were poor. To this day, I still make it and just tastes amazing. Childhood Nostalgia food always smack

Chips on a sandwich is a classic. My go-to as a kid was PB&J with potato chips in the middle. Never cared for Lays on their own, but like that they were absolutely delicious.
