i really enjoy bagoneggandcheese with avocado and the tiniest hit of onion. not crazy about lettuce or tomato on sandwiches but add them if you like. on a nice crispy roll or a buttered sourdough. edit: gotta hit any egg sandwich w the sriracha mayo, what’s the damn point otherwise lmao

More ideas, watching you and your fantastic videos fired up the inspiration in me, you can take leftover turkey and cheese on toast ( melt the cheese) and spread some siracha mayo or horseradish mayo sauce to give the sandwich a spicy 🔥 smoky kick and take it to the next level. Another idea 💡 is a toast and holiday ham (Christmas 🎄⛄) and melted cheese on toast with the same siracha mayo or horseradish sauce or whatever spread you think will take this to another level. This can be part of a toast sandwich series with usage of leftover meat from the holidays which can be popular around this time of year. Just some suggestions
