5 Minute Fried Egg Sandwich

Sandwiches are among one of my favorite dishes, it is easy to make, cheap and the best last-minute food solution I can fix up for myself. Among sandwiches, a fried egg sandwich is the most popular in my household for one.

It uses ingredients that are available in every house and it is the best rainy day solution. You just need to know the basic recipe then you can create your fried egg sandwich by mixing and matching different sauces and other ad-ins.

The adding of butter and oil are needed to be controlled.Since it is a daily basis breakfast dish we should first toast the bread in medium heat without oil until it is lightly golden .Now we may add half a tbsp melted butter to each bread to add taste and scent (increase the flame to high so that now the bread absorb all the butter and become crusty).To fry egg I heat half tpsp of butter and fry the egg at medium flame .In between I spread a tbsp of water to the ages to protect it from burning.
This is my version of 5 mins basic egg sandwich and I enjoy it without any hesitations.Sorry if I offend anyone.😔

Steps with ingredients:
1. Pan toasted 2 slices of white bread.
2. Add a slice of cheese.
3. Once both surfaces turned golden brown, remove and set aside.
4. Fry an egg in 3 tablespoons of oil. Add salt and black pepper to season.
5. Don't overcook, as you should aim for bulls eye (sunny side up). Once done, insert the fried egg between 2 toasts.
6. Enjoy!
