I’ve been making these a lot lately! Except I recommend a good sourdough loaf, cheddar cheese, and lots of butter. Grill your ham in a pan large enough to fit two slices of bread. Remove the ham, add butter, add bread with cheese on top, throw a lid on it. In a smaller pan, add butter and fry your egg. Once the egg is done and your grilled cheese situation looks good, throw the ham and egg on the sandwich. So simple, so good.😊

hear me out Lisa, this sounds weird but it's my new favorite way to have an egg sandwich❤️ Cook some bell peppers and tomatoes, then add your beaten eggs with some paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Then on a toasted everything bagel (or sour dough) spread some babaganoush, a little harissa mayo, and a little jalapeno hot sauce (I use Melinda's, but as long as it's a little tangy and limey it will work!)
It's soooo good, 1000% recommend

I recommend cooking the ham first since it leaves some extra flavor in the pan for the next ingredients. Also, kewpie is the best way to do the toasting, then a little more when it all comes together. I usually do this every morning with some Swiss cheese as well.

My sister and I used to have ham and cream cheese sandwiches all the time. Lightly toast the bread, add a few slices of ham and some cream cheese! So comforting

Mayo and maybe a touch of whatever mustard floats your boat. 😋 And the chili oil may be a good idea, if it's that spicy chili crisp that I have. My niece introduced me to it and I LOVE it! I will put it on almost anything, from soups, sauces, sandwiches, pasta, etc. So it does go very well with egg. 😊

You should try a spam sandwich! So toast two pieces of bread then add spam. You can use any sauce of your choice! (It’s honestly quite simple I’m not sure if you’ve done it before so please say if you have!)

My french bf made me smtg similar, he makes a hole in the bread for the egg then does the same as in the video, normally we put ham or bacon and cheese, with salt and pepper at the end.

The problem is making that % on the egg cooking go up 😅

Lil tips if you want to try:
1- cook the bread a bit and then put the egg in the hole
2- spread the egg white around the bread to cook easier and evenly
3- do medium low eat in the beginning and then go to medium when cooking the egg (it will make the egg white cook faster but still keep the yolk runny)
4 - after finished put the bread with the egg on top so you can use as dip (like this it FS won't be dry, just dip as u wish)
5 - if you like soggy/softer toasts or are just crazy about egg, use double yolk eggs 👌

Personally I cook the same thing for breakfast but I add cheese as well that might help with the bread being dry. Hope this helps!

I used to make these every time I was home ‘sick’ from school and I would also put cheese in between the ham and the egg so that it melted and I would sometimes put mayo on it aswell

My special breakfast sandwich I make -toasted everything bagel, fried ham, sausage patty, pepperjack, hash brown patty (or shredded hashbrowns. Whatever I have/decide to make) runny egg, hollandaise sauce, and a few dashes of Tabasco. 👌👌👌

First you should make scrambled egg by mixing egg, finely chopped onion, small pinch of pepper powder and salt. Then sandwich scrambled egg with fried ham, and mayo on a tosted bread 😊

You can also put slices of tomato if you want

This is my favorite tuna sandwich recipe that you have to try. Chop 1/4 of an onion, 1 cucumber, olives, and pickled jalapeños. Add this to 1 can of tuna in water and add 2 tablespoons of mayo with black pepper and hot sauce. Toast two slices of bread and spread the mixture and top with pickles. I sometimes also add corn and bell pepper fries on the side.
