Good tip but don’t neglect the Tricep. It makes up 2/3 of your arm

Yes, biceps are very important into building those arms, but triceps will be seen more because they are 2 thirds of your arm. If you want to grow your triceps, do some pushups or bench dips. Grow those arms baby!

If u dont have dumbbells, not very effective but it does work, Milk jugs, fill it up with water then curl those

Also - biceps are great but hit the triceps for bigger arms working both the long head and short head. Hit both hammer curls and reg curls for max growth.

Special tip for wrist : Do 60 second hang on pull up bar 5 sets every back day or every workout day. It will gives you much muscular wrist.

Don't forget your underarms and triceps. The triceps make up 2/3 or your arm size and underarms are the most noticable as they are not covered most of the time.
