Why do narcissists LOVE using the silent treatment so much? The silent treatment is the weapon of choice for a lot of narcissistic people. WHY? Why do they love to remove communication so quickly and seemingly for no reason. Find out in today's video.

Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.

The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. The silent treatment is a form of Verbal Abuse. Also the abuse of Withholding, which can be withholding anything, finances, affection, sex, communication and information is a huge one

They also love just withdrawing from the relationship and no longer contacting you by phone, and waiting for you to proceed to contact them, even if you contacted them the last two times, could be parents siblings, or neighbors, let them stay silent, and let these dead weights stay dead from your life!

I never got used to the silent treatment, and they lasted for weeks,   months  and even for longer than half a year.  I always suffered. He gave the silent treatment to our children together with me, since they were babies thus proving that there is something wrong with him.  My abusive husband tortured me for 42 years,   I left him 11 months and 13 days ago,   and I'm a retired teacher now.
