I love my soy milk, one thing thats often overlooked is its high potassium content, which is excellent..! Potassium is seriously important and most people don't get nearly enough!

Choose soy milk that contains only soybeans and water. Popular supermarket brands contain emulsifiers which destroy the microbiome.

Soy milk is a GMO product, It also contains a lot of containers such as pesticides and antibiotics.

Since soy got so expensive after the pandemic, I went back to drinking cow’s milk. I’ve also experienced far more frequent episodes of arrhythmia in the same time frame. It suddenly clicked: my potassium consumption dropped dramatically when I stopped drinking soy milk.

The problem is the soy bean origen, which could be GMO and it is the most common type people get in many countries, including mine (MX). Getting organic soy bean and prepare our own soy products is better than buying like the soy milk that is sold at supermarkets, that has many bad things as ingredients.
