My great grandmother who lived in a small town in Mexico lived to be 107 years old. She was still walking and moving about. Never consumed fast food or alcohol in her life.

As with most foods, the problem is not one specific food itself, is the amount and from where it comes. As everything in life. Balance is the key.

Fermented organic soy, such as Natto, tempeh, and Miso are wonderful. I eat Natto 1-3x/week and I love it 😋

People need to stop coming down on tofu is weird. I like it. I eat it. Mostly organic. Love miso soup with chunks of tofu.

I think Thomas should connect with some YouTube gardeners, and talk about the benefit of growing your own food. Knowing where things come from and what has been put into it and on it is life changing.
I recommend David The Good, Epic Gardening, James Prigioni, MIgardener, Jag Singh, and Next Level Gardening.

We eat unfermented soy also but most of their soy is fermented.... as well as what you said about hydrogenated oil (I don't care where you start, that stuff is questionable)

They also walk far far more

The Okinawan diet is the best. Iodine and minerals in seaweed. Purple yams are the staple.
Read up on Natto...
10x the vit K² of any other food
This traditional Japanese superfood has high nutritional value, said to protect against strokes and cardiac infarcts, and is known for helping with both diets and stress relief. It goes great with rice and is incredibly cheap, two reasons why so many Japanese are utterly in love with nattō.

You literally forgot to mention that the Japanese eats tons of white rice...one of the highest glycemic index foods out there. Ketotards never talk about that though

All I know is that every time I eat something with soy, I start having depression issues. I stopped and have never felt better. I use to be on mood stabilizers and was able to get off of them. Soy is in a ton of stuff. I'm just glad I figured it out.

My mother is from okinawa and I lived there a couple of years my grandmother grew her own vegetables lived to her 90s. They are farmers. They do eat soy but also a variety of meat including pork. And they walk everywhere.

I hated natto, or "stinky beans" as I referred to them. I would groan and complain whenever my mom would eat them. I have now come to realize my foolishness about such things. Sorry mom. 🙏

Japan uses natural pesticides like tobacco and do not use glyphosate.

The Rastafarians in my family have been eating tofu pretty much everyday for over 20 years and no one has Cancer or man boobs.... Idk

Okinawans rarely use soy. I lived there. They eat a lot of fish, pork, and bitter melon (“Goya”, ごや). They barely put tofu or use soybeans in anything.
