A tier: nutrition. You won't get nearly as far with exercise without good nutrition. Cutting out sugar, too much alcohol, etc. will really make you feel better. It's definitely self improvement.

I’m so thankful to have stumbled upon your videos 10 months ago when I was going through a rough breakup. You helped me so much, and I’m in a completely different headspace right now partly because of you, Clark ❤

For me in terms of productivity and goal achieving
S-tier:
- cold showers: hard to keep but it's a very useful tool to reset your mood. I use the same music for getting into the cold shower for years so I can't avoid it whenever I play that song (in my case, Til I collapse -eminem)
- productivity/planning consistently your month and weeks (I use todoist and I choose goals in different categories like Health, Money, Housing, SelfImprovement, Social) and tasks related to accomplish those goals. You can see your progress and use a real direction to your work. Even if you're not at the goal you expect, finishing tasks related to it can boost a lot your confidence.
- identity shift: I started to lie myself when I was a teenager about who I was, I remember to read and practice the book The greatest sales man in the world. Soon or later I became the person I was thinking about all the time, it was weird but it worked for me.
- books: as I said in the previous, books helped me immensely, I use audiobooks and books. It is specially important if there's no good role model in your close network to follow. It changed my mind many many times, there are contradictory ones but it's fine.
- follow a role model: always, always find the person more likely you want to become, if that's a youtube person, fine, if that's only on books too. Try to understand what habits do they have and do the same. It always worked for me and many others
A-tier:
- meditation: Incredible useful tool for stressing moments but as you said, it's hard to keep it consistently over time, I use simple habit and I meditate 5-10min daily so I can build the habit easier.
- exercise : killing habit, very useful when you want to improve your discipline
- journaling: I'm unsure if I understand the same as you, I use journaling for 2 things. 1- thank 3 things I feel blessed everyday. 2- thank 3 things I accomplished today.

I shouldn't spend time writing this comment, because i have other things to finish today, but I wanted to share it with someone interested to implement good habits :) Feel free to ask any question

Thank you for this list, Clark! I get overwhelmed with everything I "should" but doing. Your list helps me to realize some improvements should take priority over others! I appreciate the narrowed scope!

Sleep is hands down the most important. I went over a year of getting 4 sometimes 3 hours of sleep a night and relied heavily on caffeine but once things chilled out and I began sleeping 8+ hours a night, it straight up felt like I was on some crazy uppers. Everything changed for the better.

Meditation is definitley S tier, i even rank it above exercise. Meditation can give you deep profound happiness and even cure people who are depress. Accurate list except the A tier for meditation.

I wish vitamin d was on this. Specifically sunlight. Routine exercise, good sleep habits, and going outside can get you a long way!

Great Great video. I think at the end of the day a lot of these key cornerstone habits or practices can be life-changing for some & will likely spiral into other habits that take over. All of them are tools to leverage and come at different times depending on the consciousness level someone is operating from. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you for this list! Getting back into a regular exercise, meditation, and journaling routine is top priority for me. I also want to add in breath work. I am going to look back at your videos for those focus hacks because I have all these goals but cannot seem to get my brain to tune in to the things that I need to do to make those goals happen! I will sit down to work and suddenly find myself arguing with someone on twitter 4 hours later I dont even know when I became the sort of person who have one of these accounts. Finding a way to get myself banned from social media sites would be an S-Tier hack if I was controversial enough to have that happen to me.

Great video!! Definitely meditation, exercise, my "future self" are at the top!! Books, self talk, affirmations, and regulating/monitoring the information that I allow myself to be exposed to are closely behind.
