Staying active (unless your doctor has told you not to or it doesn't feel right to you) can be really helpful for some people for their mental and physical health. So many people just don't know much about pregnancy and birth, so they freak out about anything and everything.

They are so positive and you can see the love they have for each other.
If it has to do with them being a same gender couple
Think about all the horrible people there are that are in heterosexual relationships

Working the ab muscles during pregnancy is really good for you. Of course listen to your body and dont over do it but keeping those muscles engaged can reduce the risks of diastasis recti aka adominal separation during pregnancy

Baby hugs doesn't look scary, it looks so cozy
I need to be hugged like this. Prefer overall strong hugs from loved ones, because it really stimulate my positive emotions!

This is what I love about any video you make that involves what you are doing in your pregnancy, but also life.

You advocate stress the importance of listening to one's own body and medical professional advice.

You make it clear that you aren't trying to saying everyone should do this all the time, no matter what.

Man I give you props working out while pregnant!! I couldn't do it! Lol I been pregnant 5 times but I don't like the thought of the baby bouncing around in there while working out! Lol not for it's safety but the feeling of them inside rolling around!! It already feels weird enough when they slightly just move a body part or roll over! So I can not imagine what it feels like as they bouncing like crazy while working out! Lol Proud of you again for the second time momma!! 😘😘

And he goes absolutely nowhere really. In case you actually wondered:
He moves just a bit up and deeper towards the back. So does your entire uterus. Your lungs take plenty of room fully inhaling, so they give space exhaling...the intestines move up a lot anyways and don't forget your diaphragm. It takes up so much space, but it moves almost like a sponge. So it get squeeshed without hurting.
Baby is swimming in a bubble of water, it has plenty of squeezing space between uterus and baby itself.😊

You are pregnant, have a wee toddler and still make time every week to move I'm just amazed. My kids are 8 and 6 I can barely move at the end of the day 😅

I wish I would’ve worked out during my first pregnancy, healing and working out now would’ve been easier! Thanks for posting exercises during pregnancy it makes me feel more comfortable to do them in my second ivf pregnancy too 😊
