First, the plank has no place on the list no matter the number of exercises? I don't know why these type vids always include it? Once one is able to hold a plank for 60 seconds it's time to move to something harder. But here limiting our choices to 3 it should be: 1) squat, 2) pull, 3) push.

If you are doing pushups which is moving planks ...planks in addition are useless
