Isn't satisfaction a big point too? If I eat 2000 cals of broccoli, I'm not hungry anymore but unsatisfied. Therefore, it's most important to find foods that satisfy me without overreaching my cals imo

eat the first half of meals early to mid but before workout, the rest and most before sleep, that helps to stay staurated to sleep and over night. for me

My tips for adhering to a diet are: 1) Willpower (how much do you want it), 2) Food Choices (greenies, proteins that are satiating), 3) Intermittent Fasting (if you eat one meal at noon/afternoon and one at night, it's unlikely that you'll be hungry by the end of the day).
