Dude this is Mynt. I've always had issues passed 365 on my left ac. Maybe it is because my shoulder mobility is shit. My coach told me to start doing CARS for a few minutes every day to try to get better access to all the ranges I need and I've been doing a little bit of sledgehammer swings in the sagittal plane and also around the worlds in both directions while I take a bit of a break from the barbell for some bodybuilding focus this year.

Been running IR and ER to compliment the mobility, feels more stable after a few weeks.

Thanks dude! The dumbell ext rotation with IR stretch seems to help the pain I've been having in my ac joint. I'm over on the EFS discord and wanted to ask you a question during your q&a, but your videos have been taking care of it all lol

This is the first person ive seen talking about internal rotation. Ive been overcued so mucj into external rotation and elbow tucking that ive got a wicked case of pterodactyl bench that ive been trying to remedy by setting my shoulders in IR before pulling back and down for bench. This lack of IR actually is even worse in dips as well! Ive had a lot pec minor toghtness from this crap.

When I do bench press I feel discomfort on the biceps tendon and in the biceps, and it is the same arm that starts to shake on heavy sets

Hi Dr. Albersworth, could limitations in internal rotation range cause medial bicep (shoulder long head) tendinitis?

Are we looking for internal rotation range and mobility or internal roation strength and stability?

Is there a cable variant of this? maybe bench supported? I think it could aid isolation and allow for finer adjustment of weight?

every time I get into a "heavier" flat bench (both BB and DB), I get some degree of pain in my left clavicle. Would you say that this is an related issue? thanks for the great video!

Bench is good until higher weights, I do a narrow OHP and feel like a stringy pain in my front delt but dips feel great. Our body is weird, lol
