I have pain on both side of my wrist, particularly the thumb joint attachment, the ulnar side is painful as well.
I also feel pain in the upper side of my wrist, the bony part between the index and middle finger,
stretching causes pain in this area

I have the opposite problem kinda.. My wrists are fine but the center of my left palm is dying of pain. Does anyone know how to fix this??

Second step is to feel as though your are bending the bar while you go down to maintain that grip.
