Macbook Pro M1 vs Lenovo X1 Carbon i7

MacBook Pro M1 vs Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon (7th gen.) with Core i7 (10 gen.) Intel processor, both with 16 GB RAM.
Screen resolution 2560 x 1600 on Mac and 1920 x 1024 on Lenovo.
Both computers tested with newest Firefox browsers.
