As a Nurse. Working 3 12 hour days I found this very informative. I do pick up occasional overtime and make it worth it by working 5 days a week (60+ hours) but I only do that when we get a fat bonus.

Maybe get a boom mic or try VO in the sense that this video was really hard to hear

What about doing upper push, lower pull one day then upper pull, lower push the second and repeating?

Honest feedback. Get a lavalier mic for like 20$. I can't make out what you are saying over the gyn sounds. Thanks for the post, i did learn something.

I'm just looking for set workouts and I can't seem to find any. Idk anything about working out and jjst want to know what workouts to do. Why is that so hard tk find lol

I do legs, chest traps, back shoulders, biceps triceps as my 4 day split. How do i fit a push or pull day into my session? Thanks
