My favorite that I've been using for a couple years is push/pull/legs/break/repeat

I'm not a bodybuilder, so large/small works out best for me for natty muscle building.
Day 1: Back/biceps
Day 2: Chest/triceps
Day 3: Shoulders
Day 4: The Leg Day
Followed by 3 day rest, and then repeat.

My routine is:
Day 1 - Legs, calves

Day 2 - push workout - chest, shoulders, triceps

Day 3 - pull workout- back, rear shoulders, biceps,

Rest 1 or 2 days depending on how I feel then repeat the cycle

Push, pull, legs split is effective for getting all muscle groups worked in 3 days. It's great for beginners too

Chest/tris
Legs/shoulders

Can't believe push pull legs isn't on here. It's brilliant

Antagonistic split is the best!

Chest/Back
Shoulder/Arms
Legs (+Traps)

Torso/Limbs split is my ideal split. It's like you said an upper lower plus your arms are getting more quality work

Originally started with the antagonistic split but recently found that the torso/limbs split hits the sweet spot just right for me

Monday LEGDAY
Tuesday, back, chest (supersets to gain time, moderate weights about 12 reps per set) and triceps/traps supersets
Wednesday shoulders & biceps
Thursday legs
Friday chest and arms (triceps/ biceps supersets)
Saturday back, starting with deadlifts & shoulders (focus on side and rear delts with some trap work)
That’s at least 48 hours between back and legs
Sort of an Arnold/ legs push pull combo, works well for me
But anyone should train the way they feel it works best for themselves

The best one is the first one, if you don't do much volume, same as mike mentzer suggested but with higher frequency
- Chest + Back
- Rest
- Legs
- Rest
- Shoulder + Arms
- Rest
- Rest

This is the best 3 days split you can do trust me, each muscle will have quality time and recovery time, for natural this is pretty good, if you have the ability to recover faster than you can turn it into 5 days split but always keep legs once a week.

My favorite split so far

Day 1: Push day (chest focus, triceps and shoulders)
Day 2: Pull (Biceps, back, forearms)
Day 3: Legs, squats and heavy quad focus
Day 4: Push day (shoulder focus, triceps and upper chest)
Day 5: Pull day again
Day 6: Leg day. (Deadlift and blast accessory moves after)

Rest literally whenever as long as i work out 4-6 days a week

My split
Day 1 push+quads
Day 2 pull+hams
Day to sleep
Day 3 and 4 repeat

I like the old school split also, after all I'm 41. But we always did chests and triceps the same day, then back and biceps the same day. Leg day, which includes glutes all the way to your calves. And then I like a shoulder and forearm day. Abdominals 5 days a week. Cardio 4 days a week, no cardio at least 2 days after leg day. And off on Sunday. It's a decent 6 day split. Friday and Saturday is cardio and abdominals only.

Full body work out, nobody left behind.

Another good option that gears toward the “Torso & Limb” split is

Day 1-chest/back/shoulders
Day 2-biceps/legs(ham/glute focused)
Day 3-rest
Day 4-chest/back/shoulders
Day 5-triceps/legs(quad focused)
Day 6-rest
Day 7-rest

Very similar to what the video says except instead of doing both biceps and triceps on leg day you’re doing one of each on a leg day if you wanted to give the workout less fatigue.

D1 - Back + Hammies
D2 - Chest + Shoulders
D3 - Quads + Hammies + Abs
D4 - Bi’s + Tri’s + forearms
D5 - Rest
Repeat

Push/pull/legs has worked best for me. Everything feels fresh when I arrive at the gym

Mine is push pull leg split but little bit changing arms days
Like day1-chest+shoulder+bicep
Day 2-back+tricep+reardelt
Day 3-legs
Repeat..
Major drawback of PPL split is arms trained in half dead condition so can't be trained in maximal effort and intensity better is to change it otherwise Arnold split will be superior

Never heard about Torso+Limbs split, I swear to God, it looks tempting and good!
