Finally got my way around foam rolling, since my right hip started to hurt at the bottom of my squats. Now, I feel my squat form is finally where I want it to be, pain

Hey I’ve had glute and low back pain for 2 years but after these stretches I got immediate relief. Thanks a lot. How come I am experience tightness in glutes when I sit only due tight hip flexors.my mri and x Ray are clear.its been 4 days though . I still experience pain when I sit .How long to recover:)

The hip flexors are on the inside of the groin, are other muscles on the side of the quad also hip flexors?

During the first example, you were rolling fast to loosen up the muscles. During the second example, you held one position and described it as a "stretch?" Don't these terms mean the same thing? Does the second example deactivate the muscle?
