Thank you Dr Jen! Starting your OC 6 challenge tomorrow, and I need all the corrective exercises I can get. Ok, I just did these set of exercises and the soreness on the sides of my knees decreased greatly for the first time in years!

This is helpful because I recently started feeling sharp pain on the outside of my left knee with every step downhill while hiking, which is my favorite activity and I don’t want to lose the ability to hike! But my PT told me to foam roll the left IT band before and after hiking to help. This is wrong? I’ll try the gluten and hips, even though I’m already so flexible in those areas 🤷🏽‍♀️
