I did this video after my last baby, and I’m back again after my second baby. I’m 3 days PP so I couldn’t do everything, but this still felt amazing. My arms and shoulders feel much better.

Thank you for encouraging a scar massage. 8m postpartum and this video encouraged me to massage my scar for the first time. Was quite emotional and had ghost pain because I know it’s fully healed 😂 loved your work out - first one I’ve done since baby ❤

I'm 5 months after my CS, and i have DR. I do all your workouts especially when i was pregnant. I love them!! Gained alot. Hope your videos help me back to my old body especially this mommy pooch.

I'm 2 years post pardom, after my 2nd C. My doctor told me something I never thought about before. You are always post pardom, and should treat yourself as such.

6 weeks was cleared but when i tried to do some workouts, it was still painful. Now 3months PP, im still a little sore and my incision site is sensitive.. and I'm supposed to go back to work next week. Hoping these videos will help a little before I go back to work.

im almost two weeks post pardom, i know early but I take it nice and slow doing only what I can and physiclly comfortable with, plus I'm a fitness coach so I naturally have that urge to get up and move. I know movement is healing. thank you
