Strong! I am three months postpartum and so grateful for all of your workouts. They got me through my pregnancy and are now helping me gain strength to feel like a better version of myself. My best friend just found out she’s pregnant and I told her about your channel, too! So grateful for you, Jessica - thank you!

STRONG. Jessica, having access to your workouts and wisdom both during and after pregnancy has meant the world to me, especially since prenatal and postpartum fitness options are very limited where I live. Thanks from the bottom of my heart and keep up the great work!

3 months pp and I've used your pregnancy workouts from the word go upto now for the pp ones. I had a very smooth delivery, that's lasted only for half hour and baby was out in one push because of your workouts. Thank you very much

This video is underrated. My favourite session to assist with recovering my diastasis recti, with many exercises endorsed by my physiotherapist. Thank you so much, Jessica!

5 weeks postpartum and this felt so good to do! Thanks so much! STRONG Thank you for mentioning about not being able to entirely feel your inner abs, I know it will get stronger over time. x

Strong! I'm 5 months pp after having my fifth C-section. I've been doing your workouts for the last 2 weeks and it feels so good to be focusing on my health again. My boys and little girl need a healthy mama and I feel so much better with doing these workouts! They are such a good balance of pushing it but not overdoing it either. 🙂

Strong! Great, approachable way to get started or keep the routine of daily movement in between more challenging training days. Thank you! 10 months post partum and finally ready to make this a priority. 🤘❤️🙏

Strong. I’m three months postpartum and this video is harder than it looks. Getting your core back after having a baby is a challenge but you definitely help make me feel stronger!

STRONG! I'm on day 20 of the July '23 workout challenge and I am feeling great! I had my baby in April of this year and these workouts are helping me feel like myself again! Thank you for allowing this mom to get some "me time" while also getting strong again! You're amazing!!!

I really liked this intensity! I still can’t do a lot of the pilates channels on YouTube because they’re way too intense for my core! But this one is perfect! It’s not just so easy you don’t feel anything. It’s a challenge but one that I can actually accomplish! Thank you so much!

Thank you, also for your comment at the end about not yet feeling the deeper core yet, it helps as I am not yet feeling it but will continue to work on it and hopefully regain that feeling! Thank you for supporting me along the way of pregnancy and postpartum!
