Great video guys, I've definitely been guilty of a lot of these mistakes you spoke about. I used to do 2 intros including asking for likes, comments and subscribers. I've scaled it back to just a short intro and then BANG straight into value added content to help the viewer. I then ask for a comment and then do a close. Thinking now I might ditch the asking for a comment towards the end and make a shorter close. My new mantra ... ADD VALUE. Cheers
