Take number 8 serious. Don’t give up. Don’t aspire to make a living, aspire to make a difference. Keep going

Been working on connecting with my audience more and more and honestly it’s tons of fun. Before I had less than 10 people on my livestream and I wouldn’t hear much from anyone so I just stopped doing them, now I have 20 and above and the conversations are always great and we go in depth. It all takes time and consistency with learning will never fail you.

The problem is that in the beginning we don't have enough data to analyze. We could use some feedback.

Love these tips. Needed to hear these for my channel. You really do just need to start, get it going and then learn as you go. Only now after 6 months am I truly learning what is working for me and what isn't. I have only now just come up with a strategy and plan for the future. The shorts tip is something I definitely need to embrace more too.

I’ve been watching YouTube since 2009 started posting in 2023. Had no plan on what to do just kinda post multiple things like a fisher with lures. I’m not asking to grow yet. I haven’t found my direction but I’m having a great time learning what gets people’s attention 👍🏻 I don’t need to grow fast or go viral. It’s about the journey.

Thank you so much for that Sean, number seven was exactly what I needed to hear, because I get so many people saying that I should be doing things differently, yet, I prefer just to be myself and if people don’t like me for who I am they’re not the sort of audience I want anyway.

Agreed. I dont like when people deem shorts as useless. They are so powerful.

I’m confused; I watched a previous video where you discussed how many channels are seeing yt shorts work against them because short form viewers are not converting to long form viewers; which can hurt your channel. So with that, why should we now post shorts? - p.s I love you guys 💙

I'm really new, got only three vids up so far. I've always wanted to do yt since I was a kid but never did because of locking myself in the belief that I can't do it, but now I'm in college and I'm still thinking about it. So I just went in and recorded some roblox gameplay which was pretty bad ngl, but it got 300 views which I did not expect. It may seem small but it gave me the encouragement I need, we all start somewhere you know. The following two vids did not live up to my first tho which saddens me a lil, but I'm still so new so I can still try new things and see what works. Goodluck to all of us and keep going.

The information about shorts was amazing. I (as an elderly person who watches documentary style videos) did not realize. Thanks for the video.
