Can't wait to begin your workouts after I heal from another cervical level fusion. I have to wear my hard cervical collar for another 4-6 weeks, since my orthopedic surgeon discovered my porous bone structure. My next post-op appointment with my orthopedic surgeon, in four weeks, will determine when I can begin P/T. So, I'm looking forward to building up my bones with your help, Dr. Lisa. My sister, who's in your Brick House Bones program, has highly recommended you. She has already gained back 1 1/2" in height following your personal advice, as well as your program in the past 3 months. She's recovered from 2 past femur breaks with a stronger sense of physical health and fitness. Total balance with a healthy lifestyle❣

I like the advice to engage the glute muscle in the high lunge - helps get a nice stretch in the hip flexor.

I have a question regarding dropping your head back when you lift your chin...I was told that that is not a good position for the neck as it pinches the vertebrae and nerves/discs within...told to just move head left, right, forward...what is your position on this?
